| What We Do
Our process for assessing your network
is designed to be comprehensive, yet efficient. Systematic in approach, yet customized in results. A standard network evaluation would look something like this: A senior network engineer schedules an appointment with you to come out to your office space to conduct the data gathering aspect of the evaluation. This is set to your schedule and most evaluations can be performed during the day without disrupting normal business operations.
- Our engineer arrives onsite and begins gathering
data on your network environment. This may include running diagnostics
and reviewing systems "hands on". During this process, your environment
is thoroughly investigated: Servers, Workstations, Switches, Routers,
Firewalls, Printers, etc. Information is collected in a non-intrusive,
orderly fashion.
- An internal security scan is performed and the results recorded
- The engineer now takes the information that he/she has collected and compares the environment against best practices developed over 10+ years of providing reliable network services to business clients of all sizes.
- The analysis of the network is compiled into an easy to read format with findings and recommendations listed and a network map displaying all relevant information accompanies this report.
- Your account manager will provide the information to you and schedule a time for follow up discussion, if necessary. At this point you have received:
- Expert knowledge applied to evaluate your network
- Thorough documentation of your network environment (including a network map)
- A complete listing of prioritized network issues for your records
- Any/all supporting documentation from diagnostics taken
- An invitation to discuss the "next steps" towards improving your network
