This being said, Lanlogic realizes that no two companies are the same
and that there are a number of ways to provide support to our clients.
Here is a list of options for obtaining service from Lanlogic
Managed IT Agreements (highest
value!)--(Example: a county agency that has a fixed budget for all
support labor for a given year. It is up to us to manage our time and
to be proactive to ensure that we take care of all IT related issues
for the entire year.)
Outplacement Agreements--(Example: a
consulting company in Sunnyvale where we have two full time engineers
onsite to provide support services)
Structured Time Agreements--(Examples include:
a medical device company where we have an engineer on site only three
days a week and a construction company where we have someone onsite
4 hours a week.)
Hybrid/Custom Agreements:--(Example: a
community college where we provide remote support for all server and network
related issues for a fixed fee per month. In addition we are onsite for
one to two weeks each year to help with various projects.)
As Needed Services (no dedicated schedule)--(Example:
a venture capitalist where we are on call to provide service but where
we do not have a fixed schedule)
Single Project Engagements-- (Example:
a company needs to upgrade their infrastructure but will be assuming
management of the network afterwards)
"I just want to express my/our appreciation for having Caley as our "go to" person whenever it comes to IT work on Antrim's computer system. His response to our needs is exceptional and we can always count on him getting back to us in a timely manner. Caley understands our company's function and the disturbance that it causes when the system goes down or one of the PC's develops a glitch. I needed to let you know that you have an excellent & solid person working for you that is highly conscientious and a dedicated employee and always keeps his/your customer first in his mind. As you all know, in a service oriented business like we both have, you (usually) only hear the bad complaints and very seldom do you hear any thing positive or good about your people and they make the company. Art, Keep up the good work with the caliber of people like Caley, congratulate him & tell him "Great Job" from all of us. "
Please do not move him away from our office.
