Lanlogic's help desk, located
in our headquarters
in Livermore, CA, is staffed by our support team with over 40 years
of IT experience.
Need help? Give us a call.
Our experienced help desk engineers will work with you to quickly
resolve any technical issue you may be having. We use remote control
software that allows us to connect to any Windows-based computer
through Internet Explorer, enabling us to resolve many technical
issues remotely. In the event the issue cannot be solved remotely,
our dedicated help desk staff will contact your primary engineer
for advanced support options, includes onsite support.
Our help desk engineers are
available Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) from 7:00 am to
5:00pm Pacific time, and via email at support@lanlogic.com.
