Proactive Monitoring can prevent 80% of all
outages
We have found over the years that proactive network monitoring can
reduced unplanned outages by over 80 percent. We use the N-able monitoring
platform that allows us to monitor disk space, services, Exchange data
base sizes, event logs and a host of other key indicators. In the event
a non-critical event is detected your support team is notified by email.
If a critical event is detected your support team is paged and an escalation
process is started to ensure your issue is addressed quickly. We have
three monitoring offerings based on your needs and budget:
- Alert Care - where we monitor your servers and respond to issues on a time
and material basis
- Daily Care - where we monitor your servers including daily backups
- Complete Care - where we monitor your servers including daily
backups and apply security updates as needed
When you place a support request to your personal support team is notified, someone who knows your systems and can use our unique remote support technology to "drive" your computer or server from our help center. Often, we can resolve server configuration issues, e-mail hiccups, and security problems in minutes, and without the cost of an on-site visit.
