Whenever possible we encourage
our clients to use
our web based support portal that allows us to track and notify your
support team whenever you have an issue. By using the portal we are able
to track your request and have a full record of the activities needed
to resolve it. For our larger customers we create a custom page that
allows them to minimize data entry and page their team on urgent issues.
